Pack your necklace securely and prepare it for shipment.

Mail your necklace to the following address. Make sure to include your replacement order number in the second line of the address field:

We will aim to match the qualities of your original crystal as closely as possible.
Use the return address on your package as the location you want your replacement crystal to be shipped to. We'll send a tracking number to the email linked to your order as soon as your replacement stone is shipped.
